About Us
I grew up on a Sheep and Cattle Station in Northern New South Wales and was always surrounded by a menagerie of animals of one sort or another. I have been involved in the world of pure bred dogs for over 30 years. Firstly with a Welsh Corgi, a German Shorthaired Pointer and in 1976 the first of my beloved Rottweilers and then Shar Pei in 1992. I have handled twelve Shar Pei, an Akita , an English Mastiff and numerous Rottweilers through to their Championship status. I have lived in New South Wales, Victoria , South Australia and for the past ten years in the Northern Territory and have been actively involved in the "Dog Scene" in each of those states. In 1996 I married Alex, also an ex South Australian, who although had not been involved in the crazy world of pure bred dogs but has always owned a dog. He has a great love for our collection of Rottweilers and Shar Pei . We have 5 acres of land situated some 30km from the centre of Darwin. Our lifestyle is unique and relaxed. We are surrounded by glorious natural bush land and on any given day it is possible to see many native birds, lizards and animals. We both enjoy the numerous hours of pleasure and the wonderful friendship that the dog world has provided for us, however away from the dog scene my family, my close friends and my work are also extremely important to me. ......................................................................................................................................................................
